My Story
For a long time, even back in my undergrad years, I have always been drawn to finance and investments. On the investment side, pouring through 10Ks is like being a financial detective. You only have a limited amount of information, and from that information you construct the full story of what is occurring at the firm level. I enjoy both the research side and the client connection.
To me, financial planning is about helping clients put together the pieces of their own, unique financial puzzle. Now that I have young children, I have realized that the hardest part of putting together a puzzle is finding all the pieces! If I am doing my job correctly, I get to connect with clients in a deep and meaningful way. We are given the opportunity to guide them in achieving their goals, dreams, and aspirations while ensuring we avoid or negate their financial fears.
At K2 Financial I have a dual role. As a Lead Advisor, I am responsible for helping clients construct their financial puzzles. As the Chief Investment Officer, my role is to ensure that we construct and oversee strong investment portfolios that are designed to help our clients achieve their financial goals. I take my commitment to my clients VERY seriously. Consequently, I have felt the need to gain as much education and knowledge as possible. They entrust me with their finances, and I work hard to ensure that I am close to worthy of that trust.
My mission is to guide clients to achieve their goals, dreams, and ambitions utilizing strategies of financial stewardship.

About Me
I used to have hobbies and interests...but now I have children. My dad told me that I'll be able to have hobbies and interests again, in about 12 more years. My daughter, Kadyn, is 6 years old and my son, Robinson, is 3 years old.
Breakfast time, dinner time, story time and shuttling the kiddos to school, dance class, or girl scouts tends to take up most of my free time, but it truly brings meaning to everything that I do.
